Photoshop Efficiency Tutorial!

After seeing many an under-optimized photoshop workspace from people I watch, I gathered together many useful tips I've learnt to get anyone working a bit easier in photoshop. I'm sure theres people that have done this very thing before, but I thought 'what the heck' and tried it myself.
